1.LEAD CONTROL SYSTEM
The CNC PLC control system is Lead system with driver or inverter, it is more stable, specially designed for our veneer peeling lathe. It can guarantee veener with good surface and even thickness in high peeling speed.
2.SERVO MOTOR
Our feeding motor and clipping motor adopts Futian Servo motor. It is better than other brand servo motor. The accurate feeding will make veneer thickness more even, and clipper servo motor gives an accurate cutting width.
3.SIEMEN MOTOR
All normal motors are Siemens brand,. All reducer is Helical Gear type. It is more stable and long service life.
4.CUTTING WIDTH SHIFT IN ONE LOG
The cutting width can set 2 width and shift freely. And the cutting blade action is faster, it can save the veneer,no any waste of veneer.
5.SCREW FIXING FRAME
Whole machine frame is fixed by screw instead of welding. Welding will destroy steel inside structure, and result in transshape after several years. But screw fixing frame can guarantee frame no out of shape.
6.TAIWAN FEEDING SCREW
Taiwan high quality feeding screw, screw diameter is 90mm, much bigger than other factorys. Very accurate feeding,wear-resisting and long service life.
